1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
After dispatch, shipping typically takes 6–10 business days.
Most customers receive their order within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship free of charge, with no minimum order value and no destination restrictions.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available.

4. Who pays for return shipping?

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions and correct return address.
6. How long does it take to receive a refund?
